Press A, B, A, B(3), A, Z at the EA Sports screen. 

Crowd taunts: 
Press the D-pad in any direction during game play to force the 
crowd to yell at the opposing team. 

Scoring animations: 
Press C-Left, C-Right, C-Up, or C-Down after a goal for 
different scoring animations.
