Hold down alt and W I N to access a cheat menu.

Another way to get this menu:
Edit the MENU.TXT file
Look for a line that says @PEDIA and add a ; before it.

To edit your money in a saved game file:
hex edit it and go to sectr 20, offset 128-131
Change to FF FF FF 7F
