During gameplay hold ESC + F12 and type in these arrow keys:

[UP]x1 then [LEFT]x7                                    Full health
[UP]x2 then [LEFT]x2 then [RIGHT]x2 then [LEFT]x2       Full sword

Release the ESC + F12 keys and press the Space Bar to activate
