Level Select:
Follow the steps below to access the level select:

     Step 1 - Erase all player names 
     Step 2 - Press Enter when prompted for a name. 
     Step 3 - Go into the player menu and erase the default player name. 
     Step 4 - Begin game play and all level will be accessible. 


Codes:
Type the cheat codes in during gameplay. A message will be printed on the screen after successful entry. Note: All cheats are
reset at the start of each level.

     mrgod - toggles god mode 
     mrtough - toggles stronger Monte 
     mrspeed - toggles fast running 
     mrice - toggles slippery floors 
     mrbionic - game slows down during punching/kicking/etc. 
     mrspirit - toggles floating mode, use alt+c (disable gravity), jump, and 
     numeric keypad keys to float anywhere (To actually start floating you may have to jump to get off the ground first.) 
     mrpolo - causes Monte to jump really high 
     mrclear - resets all cheats
