Some of the Doors in Stage 3 can only be opened by pulling down the large 
levers in the Northwest corner of the map. I believe this is true for the elevator 
door. You must cut corners to make it in this three-dimensional world. 

To start off the game with everything, follow these instructions. At the title 
screen, and the little sperms are congregating, press circle six times then 
rotate the controller clockwise three times. Then hit triangle, square, square, 
triangle, x, then press start.
