To gain access to Patti N. and Decker T you must complete "Full Season" mode under the normal
difficulty setting. 

Bonus Course:
Complete "Full Season" in first place under the hard difficult setting to unlock the MTB Park
course. To make it available under other game modes you must complete this course and remain in
first place.
