Enter Time Trials, then Edit Name and enter the following:

Mainline - Opens All Difficulty modes and can select the hidden truck.

Dutchman - After you enter this, back out and view the credits. This opens 
up a fun mini-game:Asteroids.

Rainfrog - Rains frogs.
